any rules for the replyers?

y don't u make some rules for the repliers????????? ppl will complain if u never do the penalty under the rules....some ppl may simply say sth.(it may not relate 2 the topic).but actually they don mean 2 offend u....they are just the ppl don know the actual rules...tehy don know what they should or shouldn't say...
so be4 u judge them, think twice...i think u ppl are kind...but i was wrong. kind ppl will tell others what is the right way. and pls do not talk like a company boss...what if i send u a letter , it says 最后警告？ what will  u think??? don't u think this is rude?? this is just a forum...not a company, ok? we are here together, the relationship between u and me is friendship...not boss and employees..u don have 2 talk like a boss.....seriously..u really no need 2 act like that. it will hurt ppl...we are emotional animal。。。

ok, let me make it short.
1. make rules 4 the repliers
2. warn ppl softly. u can correct other ppl's mistakes with your soft voice..not saying 最后警告。sth like that..its not good 4 u and others//.

话说我还是更情愿看中文，= =
1.每个版已经有各自的版规，所以就是已经有rule for the repliers.
2.论坛资源很多是不用回复可见的，但还是有大剂量的会员灌水，版主又不是闲人，所以处理灌水的时候都比较狠，just like me。
可能说话语气上没那么好听。
3.有大部分会员被扣了分，会在论坛短消息中跟版主对吵，这也是直接导致你看到最后警告的原因。
正如你说，大家都是平等关系，那咱们也没那个义务让别人骂呗

u just get me wrong,,,what i mean is  i wll download all the music that i can find,,,u know what, i am really into music, i got endless music albums and cds. and i like the music shared by u, i am moving, thats why i say i dl whatever i can find, then i put a crying monkey there..does that hurt u????

last time i was same identity like you in 英乐天， sure i will find ppl put shit there when they reply..some guys will put sth like "sdasdsadass",,,this is rude action...becuz this is not human language.. but no matter how, i will tell them quite friendly, i know how 2 respect ppl and how 2 solve the problem in a right way. i hope they can learn from the mistake but it won't hurt them..

"看看是什么东西"， this is a little bit simple, what i mean is 看看是什么下载链接。》to be honest 2 u , i now only download mega upload file or other foreign links..cuz rayfile is too slow in my current place. i seldom use it..if that hurts u. i am sorry 4 that...

and i only pay attention 2 the rules like  hip hop area,,i can easily see the words 本版版规。i won't go through all the threads in each area. thats why i didn't see the reply rule in other areas,,,sorry 4 that again..

2. Finding that ur reply is actually something like "i dl whatever i can find..yeah", i think i would do the same thing as tommyyang21 did to warn u if i were the moderator. But u had good replies in other posts.
