<P align=center><FONT color=slategray size=3>Amethystium是一项音乐的分支,建立在1998年。 就象一种新事物刚出现难以定位一样,他们的音乐被描绘成是新世纪音乐和电子音乐及其它品类的混合,其成员darkwave，ethno, electronica等完全创作出了这样一种形式的音乐分支:它包含着冥想.欢快.精神升华.广阔以及喜怒无常的音乐元素,现在新世纪音乐公开认为他们是另一种风格的冥想乐分支。总之,他们就是新世纪的一个流派,以完全不同的风格吟唱对无限天地、人及宇宙的感受或领悟，这里含有典型的凯尔特、印度、尼伯尔甚至中国西藏的音乐元素及宗教圣咏（如格里高利）。为此乐队成员还亲自到这些地方切身体会，并且在很短的时间里以极大的激情和灵感独特地把感受记录下来，不受任何音乐教条的影响，非常自然的形成了每一首曲子。他们认为：只要能够表达某种无限的东西，与精神有深层的共鸣，无论哪种乐器都可以运用，比如打击乐。因此，乐队的作品受到了包括摇滚乐、交响乐、轻音乐。。等等各种爱好人群的普遍欢迎，登上了各种崇高的名次和地位，成为世界许多地方人们心中有磁性的音场</FONT></P>

<P align=center><FONT color=slategray size=3>《Autumn Interlude》是一张非常让人放松并且简单的EP。里面的歌有时候听起来似乎都那么的类似，所以显得连贯流畅。如果你非常专注地静下心来去聆听，或许你会发现歌曲与歌曲之间存在的丝毫差异。如果把整张专辑作为背景音乐播放，或许你根本不会发现歌曲与歌曲之间的转换。但这就这样的一张EP，让我们已经看到Amethystium乐队所散发出的钻石般魅力。在Amethystium里面你会找到对于Enigma的狂热喜爱，并且在其中几首歌的运用上，采用的教堂圣诗风格是由Enigma引发而出的。《Autumn Interlude》这张EP的主旋律让人难以忘怀并且神秘。节奏非常缓慢并有时融合了圣诗唱法。Oystein说：“我希望《Autumn Interlude》这张EP能够作为《Odonata》专辑与下一张专辑之间的插曲。《Autumn Interlude》有更多的西方风情，不像之前的专辑有很浓厚的东方气息。暂时来说，在这张专辑里我肯定会减少使用较多的民族元素，但在下一张完整专辑里将会再现。我希望整张EP里面的歌曲都是同一个风格。”《Autumn Interlude》一共五首，前面三首歌曲“Ilona”、“Arcane Voices”、“Calantha”可以在专辑《Odonata》里找到，之后的“Meadowlands”、“Autumn Interlude”却是无法寻找到的。正如乐队主要创作者Oystein所说那样，浓厚的三首东方情节的歌曲之后，紧接着出现的便是“Meadowlands”带来欢快而愉悦的气息，而主打歌“Autumn Interlude” 的歌词来自于一首命名为《Stellar Dice》的诗，歌曲中满是诗化过的迷醉。</FONT></P>
