<P><FONT color=darkslategray size=2 face="Trebuchet MS">没有花哨的电子，没有繁冗的合成器效果，没有画蛇添足的采样，这只是最传统的后摇，抛弃了所有华丽外衣的纯粹后摇。双吉他，贝司跟鼓的最简阵容却释放出了连一个交响乐团都未必能达到的情绪能量。 <BR> <BR>悲壮。这是这支丹麦乐队带给我最大的震撼。他们没有God Speed You Black Emperor般的宏大叙事，没有Explosion In the Sky那么大规模的轰鸣，也没有MONO那般的情感细腻，却只有他们能让我体验到从未有过的悲壮感。那些日子天天挤着公交地铁地听The seven mile journey，全然忘掉了自己朝九晚五一介卑微小职员的身份，俨然是个率领着千军万马的大将军，在一个残阳如血的时刻准备跟敌军进行最后的殊死一搏。最出彩的是第二首Passenger’s log，在7分14秒的时候，根本不需要集束的声响轰炸，仅仅一把吉他的拨弦就宣告了整篇乐章的高潮到来，先前音乐行进中所积累的沉郁情绪在一瞬间喷薄而出，就像古诗里所说的，念天地之悠悠，独怆然而涕下。 <BR> <BR>后摇王国里大部分的作品都是张弛有度，轻缓徐急的段落在一篇乐章里穿插行进。The seven mile journey却从不显任何温情。他们的作品从第一个音符开始就弥漫出一种紧张不安的情绪，并贯穿于每一首作品的始终。不管是第一首跟第三首开篇局促的心跳声，还是二，四两首单调重复的急促沉郁的贝司进入，那种山雨欲来风满楼的压迫感悄然而至。即使是那些听似凝缓的章节，也潜伏着一种未知的不安跟躁动，预感到必有一场风暴的来临。 <BR> <BR>The seven mile journey高超的旋律驾驭技能保证了他们的音乐能有很强的情绪感染力，而他们对于每首作品的架构也都非常成熟老道，即使是15分钟的长篇巨著听起来也是严丝合缝，一气呵成。在他们的音乐里你能听出一股认定了死理九头牛也拉不回的轴劲儿，可以想像到这是一帮只愿埋头认真严谨做音乐的人。乐队其实很早就于1999年成军，2001年发行一张同名EP，而直到2006年才推出第一张全长专辑。七年磨一剑！</FONT></P>
